Expert Positions 
Minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including weekly team meetings (Jan-Apr)
This position develops the program, creates and manages partnerships, and recruits a volunteer team to assist. Minimum 5 years experience required. Some positions can work remotely.
Benefit: paid contract

Coordinator / Lead Positions 
Minimum of 10-15 hours per week, including weekly team meetings (Feb-Apr)
This position coordinates or leads a specific festival project. Previous experience in a similar role required. Santa Barbara area positions only.
Benefit: stipend + event Staff Badge 

Pre-Festival Volunteer Positions
Minimum of 5-10 hours per week, including bi-weekly team meetings (Feb-Apr)
This position implements a plan under the guidance of a Director, Manager or Coordinator. Santa Barbara area positions only.
Benefit: Ground team receives 1 Volunteer Voucher (for 2 films) per 4 hours worked.

At Festival Volunteer Positions 

Minimum of a 4 hour shift during the event (Apr). Santa Barbara area positions only.
Benefit: Ground team receives 1 Volunteer Voucher (for 2 films) per 4 hours worked.
